Quality
Please note that I have never held nor owned a Triomphe Shoulder Bag auth. My rating for quality and accuracy may not be the best as I base my reviews on YouTube videos and images on Google.
The first impression of this product is that IT IS BEAUTIFUL! SUPER smooth calfskin interior. It’s very classy and discreet like I’m stroking a stingray (this is my comparison so you can see the real thing).
The construction of the bag feels sturdy and there is some lightweight to it. I feel like I can bang it against the wall and not worry about damaging the structure/integrity of the bag. The Triomphe locking mechanism works well. It wasn’t difficult and I didn’t have any problems unlocking/closing it.
The only downside to that quality is that I would deduct a bit for the unsightly stitching on either side of the strap that connects to the bag. Some stitches look really uneven and bent. It doesn’t look neat on this perfect bag of mine, which is a shame. I won’t deduct any points for this, but the Celine logo on the dust bag is out of focus. It doesn’t bother me because it’s just a dust bag, but I’m writing it down here for reference.
Accuracy
My representative bag measurements: width 20 cm x height 11.5 cm x depth 4 cm. The measurements are quite accurate and authentic on the brand website: width 20 cm x height 10 cm x depth 4 cm. But as you can see, there is a slight difference in height compared to auth. That’s a small minus.
Next is the difference in engraving and the position of the Celine logo on the Triomphe buckle. On the authentic, the brand logo on the Triomphe buckle is actually centered off the top of the gold buckle. Whereas mine, the Celine logo is in the middle. Also, the Celine logo on my bag looks a bit larger than the logo engraved in the auth.
However, this bag nailed every other small detail. The bag has “Made in Italy” and “TRIOMPHE” stamps on the inside. There is also a small leather tag on the inside of the inner pocket with the production code stamped on it. The brand logo is engraved on the shoulder bag’s belt buckle. The Celine logo is also stamped on one of the belt loops of the shoulder bag. Every little detail is absolutely correct without any flaws, I am very satisfied with it.
Satisfaction
I am very pleased with this purchase! Thanks to the Celine style inspiration I got from Blackpink’s Lisa, I discovered this bag looks great even when wearing an extremely casual outfit. It’s super versatile because it’s chic enough to wear with a chic outfit, yet maintains a level of politeness that I can pair with a hoodie and jeans. I can carry my wallet, keys, some lipstick, and makeup along with an iPhone 13 Pro Max.
